- Certain vessels in the fleet have more mobility limitations. Please call the activity provider ahead of tour for specific concerns.
- Only animals required because of a passengers disability will be allowed.
- Due to space/weight restrictions and the safety of all passengers, bicycles are not allowed onboard at any public sightseeing cruise.
- Outside food or beverages are not allowed.
- Weapons (concealed or otherwise) are not allowed onboard or on any of the activity provider's property, including the visitor center. The presenter of a boarding pass consents to a reasonable search for weapons before entering.
- Smoking is prohibited aboard any of the vessels.
